If a host asks you to make an off-platform payment, report the request to YoursCarr Support.
Where will I pick up the vehicle?
The applicable pickup location and instructions will be provided in your confirmed booking.
Pickup arrangements may vary depending on the host and vehicle.
Who will hand over the vehicle?
The vehicle may be handed over by the host or an authorized representative according to the host's pickup process.
What should I check before accepting the vehicle?
